Unlike other versions of this product listed, this piece is laser engraved and filled with ink to last. Please note, vinyl will peel off if exposed to any elements.

How to order:
1) Select which option is best for you (framed/unframed)
2) In the personalization box, please include the Song Name & Artist exactly as you'd like it to be engraved on the plaque.
3) Submit photo to shop via Etsy Message. High Quality/original images work best. Photos are printed on glossy photo paper from a high quality printer. Please crop your image to a 5 " x 5 " proportion or we will crop the image proportionally in the frame. If you choose to use the album art instead, please send a link to the exact version you'd like. If you would like to submit the photo via email instead - please send it to
If choosing the framed item, it will be framed in classic black 8x10 frame.
Please note, that if you do not submit a picture within 5 business days of purchasing, the frame will ship without a photo.

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
